EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate. Higher education preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) to five (5) years of communication system analysis, troubleshooting, and repair skills are required. Knowledge of telecommunication equipment and operation is required.
• Must have demonstrated good organizational skills needed to support multiple facilities, schedule workload, and interface with a variety of users to correct problems.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, basic computer skills and mathematical ability.
• Ability to collaborate harmoniously with other personnel with the utmost integrity.
• Be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents and staff based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
• Is proficient in composition of written communication.
• Individual must be able to routinely drive over 50 miles per day.
