Duties & Responsibilities | Performs regular PBX, voicemail and VOIP programming along with any user related training. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Verifies telecom work order content for accuracy and dispatches work orders to technicians for resolution. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Responsible for telecom billing for work order tickets, departmental cell phones, mifi devices and vendor business lines. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Maintains staffing levels for the university switchboard and department to ensure phone calls are answered. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Works with telecom vendors to order new phone service and reports troubles on existing phone service. |
