Telecommunications Specialist

We’re in need of a Telecommunications Specialist. Our client has many big projects coming up that will involve customer service teams moving to our Five9 contact center platform. Also, they need to move multiple legacy phone systems to their MS Teams CallTower phone system. I am looking for a Telecommunications Specialist that has Call Tower and five9 experience. Manages projects related to Five9 (migrations, enhancements, etc.)

Manages/maintains the Five9 platform and provides tier 2/3 support for Five9 and possibly other contact center specialty needs

Manages projects related to CallTower, AV, and legacy phone systems

Manages/maintains CallTower voice lines and system configurations; provides tier 2/3 support for CallTower

Creates standardized documentation for administrators and users for all platforms within the area of responsibility

Responsibilities:
You are moving from Mitel PBX voice to CallTower. In Europe they use 8x 8 and will be moving off that in the future

You have 120 agents today and looking to double in the future (over 50% will be in Europe)

You will be helping to lead the migration

You will also help enhance their legacy call center ( should understand call ques, trees and configuration)

You will set up the HD so they can respond to requests to onboard, back small changes to account (our consultant will create the documentation)

PM skills are needed but must be technical- they will provide guidance and consultation regarding their telco environment.

You will be hands on and ensure that they are moving in the right direction

You will also manage cell phone contracts and cm with the sales team.
