- Provide technical advice and assistance in response to user requests for telecommunications services
- Serve as central point of contact and exchange of information for customers relative to telecommunications problems affecting an assigned area
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate Departmental objectives, policies, standards, plans, and procedures for telecommunications
- Participate in or serves as chairperson at meetings and conferences concerning levels of support, timing, and related telecommunications requirements
- Troubleshooting technical telephone system issues
- Compiling data, drafting reports, and performing analysis of telephone systems data to formulate finding recommendations to ensure compliance with policy and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 – $46.00 per hour
