TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS/SERVER ENGINEER for the Telecommunications Division of Ketchikan Public Utilities. Responsible for the operating systems, applications, software integration, and automation of tasks related to the efficient operation of the Division, which includes software programming and scripting languages necessary to carry out tasks to increase reliability, improve functionality and productivity of the Division. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Computer Science or Information Technology. Five years of increasingly responsible telecommunications engineering experience, which includes 2 years of administrative and supervisory responsibility. $9,390.53 – $12,647.68/month DOE plus benefits.
