DMS Communications
As a fast growing Telecommunications Company servicing Southern California, we are looking for reliable, highly motivated, customer service oriented, full-time technicians to help us fill our customer’s service and installation demands in a timely manner for the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.
Job Responsibilities include:
– Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, as well as post-installation on various phone systems, with an emphasis in VOIP systems.
– Configure, maintain and troubleshoot VOIP systems.
– Configure and maintain desktop/laptop computer hardware and peripherals.
– Basic Networking experience and working knowledge of IP-based systems
– Install and troubleshoot various circuits, as well as WIFI networks.
– Identify issues/concerns with telecommunication carriers and service providers to ensure telecommunication systems and circuits function at optimal performance.
– Install, configure and provide instructional user training to the customers.
– Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic cabling and terminating, conduit and Raceway installation- Able to work with little to no supervision
– CCTV Camera installation, focusing, testing, etc. (PTZ, Fixed, etc.)
Job Requirements:
You must be a reliable, team player that is customer service driven and eager to learn and always be at the cutting-edge of our industry.
– 4+ years of telecom industry experience; specific expertise in phone system installation and programming a plus.
– VOIP network and architecture knowledge and experience.
– PBX system experience a plus.
– Good communication skills (oral and written) and Excellent Customer Service.
– Practices and demonstrates experience troubleshooting and resolving data and telecommunication problems and errors.
– Strong critical thinking and analytic skills.
– Must be proactive and maintain a high level of focus on response time and customer satisfaction.
– Able to operate independently, function in a team environment, and build good relationships.
– Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.
– Must possess the aptitude to learn new technologies.
– Able to navigate in the Atlanta area to and from clients.
– Must have own vehicle with insurance and valid license.
– Must maintain good driving record.
– Must be highly motivated with the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Willing to stay current with technology, eager to learn, and strive for high performance on the job.
– Electrical experience a plus.
– Audio/Visual experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Work Location: On the road
