MUST HAVES:
2-3 years experience in a hands on desktop support or similar role
Familiarity with Network and telephony fundamentals
Great personality and willingness to learn
Plusses:
CCNA or other Network certification
Bachelor’s or Associate’s in IT or related field

Day to Day:
An employer in the Cincinnati are is seeking an entry level Telecom Technician for a contract opportunity. This person will report to one of the Network Managers of a large health system. They will be onsite at one of the main hospital locations and be primarily responsible for replacing Cisco desk / wireless phones as well as troubleshoot, configure, and replace headsets and other network devices. They will activate drops for IP phones and analog lines in patient rooms and assist troubleshooting DAS cell coverage issues. Additional duties will include assisting with Telemedicine iPads, video carts, Video Conference units, and help maintain and organize communication rooms.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
