One of our clients is looking for a Telecom System Administrator to assist in proactive monitoring and maintenance of Telephony, Voice, and UCC systems and services, including branch equipment support. They will help with keeping the lights on and perform installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of UCC
products and technologies, according to established standards and procedures. The Telecom Administrator will serve as the first point of escalation within the Information Services & Technology Team, responding to and resolving service incidents, service fulfillment request tasks, and processing change order tasks in an accurate and timely manner. UCC System Administrator may also need to travel locally for deployment, repair, and training on Telephony/ CC/Voice systems and services as needed.

Desired Skills:

3 Years experience supporting Cisco Unified Communication Administration (and implementing, maintaining, and operating Cisco phone systems)
3+ Years supporting Cisco VOIP conversion, discovery, implementation and testing
Experience with Cisco Cube Routers
Must have vehicle for local travel

Plusses:

Experience with Cisco UCCX or CCIE

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Philadelphia, PA 19120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
