Our organization is looking for a creative Telecommunications Technician to install and maintain our telecommunications equipment and related services. As a Telecommunications Technician, your responsibilities will include verifying the quality of services and systems performance, installing new lines , mounting and testing equipment , troubleshooting and analyzing customer concerns. A Telecom Technician role requires a high level of customer service, as you will respond to customer inquiries with the goal of resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. You will ensure network security by testing all new system installations. Since this role involves coordination with other departments, like Systems Operations, you should have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, your responsibilities will help us offer users better access to telecommunications networks. You’ll be playing an important part in helping us provide the most innovative products and services in our market.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
