We are seeking a telecommunications Technician to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and maintenance of communication systems.
- Adjust voice and video configurations to minimize communication disruptions.
- Provide training and support to telecommunications personnel.
- Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.
- Order and maintain inventory stock supplies.
- Will be running and terminating cat 5 & cat 6 cables.
- Being ok with climbing a 6-foot ladder.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications, internet, telephone, voice over data, or other related fields
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- Pass a background/ fingerprint.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- This is a 3-to-6-month project.
- Pay rate $16 to $19 depending on experience.
