Responsibilities
Can program and administer networking (routers and switches), telecommunication (servers and VoIP phones), and computing equipment (printers, laptops, PC’s, etc).
Answer service phone calls with a customer support mindset.
Be a team player with all office staff.
Have their own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Is a prompt, responsible self-starter and self-motivator.
Qualifications:
Certifications preferable but not mandatory in the following areas:
Cisco Systems, Windows Clients, Windows Servers, Linux Systems, Networking, LAN, WAN, cabling infrastructure (Voice and Data), Phone and Data Lines (VOIP, T1, Copper, DSL, Cable, MPLS, etc), Databases (SQL, MySQL, MDB, etc), Remote software, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, MACs, PC Hardware, etc.
