DP Communications
Looking to hire a Communications/Low Voltage Technician for work in & around the Houston Area. Fiber termination, splicing & testing and a Security Background are a plus. Technician must be able to work 40 hrs a week and pass per employment drug/alcohol testing and a background check. DP Communications works in industrial environments that require a TWIC Card and DISA enrollment. Applicate must have a positive attitude and able to take directions when presented.
Experience Required:
- 3 + yrs in Network Cable installation, design
- Build out of IDF, MDF Closets
- Termination of CAT 5e, CAT 6, CAT 6A Network Cable
- Troubleshoot Cooper Cable
- Security license a plus/but not required
- Install of Axis Equipment a plus
- Install of Fiber Optic Cable & OTDR testing.
- Attention to detail & customer focus until job is complete.
DP Communications provides company truck, tools, cell phone, health insurance & other benefits. Must be able to travel out of town if needed on pre-planned jobs. Must be able to work safely in and around industrial equipment and environments.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
