We are searching for a Telecommunications Tower Technician for a small, family-owned contractor out of the Greater Annapolis, MD area. This established company has been servicing and maintaining towers for Telecommunication, Telecommunication and many other national carriers.
Telecom tower technicians are people who specialize in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and decommissioning of cell phone towers. They work with a variety of hardware, including coaxial cables, antenna, radios, and fiber-optic cables.
Telecom Tower Technician Duties…
- Ensuring on-site safety and complying with safety standards
- Conducting repairs to telecom towers at a height
- Reporting on possible hazards on telecom towers
- Following work checklists and ensure operational compliance
- Following instructions set out by the scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs)
- Completing work to customer specifications
- Troubleshooting tower issues
- Expanding network coverage
- Performing equipment swaps and site upgrades
Must be willing to work in all outdoor conditions, as a part of a team and willing to learn. Great opportunity for growth with a small, family-oriented contractor that pays into a 401k, and full medical/dental/vision benefits.

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
