Job Description
We are looking for experience tower climbers (technicians, top hands, tiger team, crew leads) are all welcome to apply. Responsibilities
Our team of professionals assist in trouble-shooting and providing requested maintenance for a variety of customers on cell towers as defined by the client’s scope of work. This encompasses, but is not limited to, loading and unloading all job materials, maintaining all tools, trucks and equipment used by the tower crew, understanding the scope of work, working at heights and completing maintenance per specifications in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 1 year tower experience is preferred.
- Ability to climb up a 300 feet tower routinely, with gear, and safely complete tasks.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time, with overnight stays (weekends are off)
- Ability to follow instructions/protocols/processes.
- Familiarity with proper truck/trailer/equipment maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and construction related aptitude including ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold and strong winds.
