Responsibilities:
MJHS is in search of a Telecom VoIP Administrator who will maintain VoIP/Telephone system, including hardware, switches, routers, software, reporting, and analytic tool. They will troubleshoot and resolve telephony issues, and interface with corporate associates in solving telephony issues. Knowledge of SIP, H323, TCI/IP protocols, and QoS preferred.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or degree in the field of telecommunications or computer science and/or VoIP related certifications a plus.

3 to 5 yrs. in the telephony industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Experience in working with VoIP/IP telephony systems, software, and hardware, including voicemail systems, boarder control session devices, switches, routers, call handler devices and handsets.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, and other protocols.
- Strong understanding in VoIP QoS issues and mitigation strategies.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, and other protocols.
- Knowledge of Contact Center applications, call flows, agent roles etc.
- Knowledge of cabling and wiring systems, EIA -TIA standards, design, and installation, UTP, STP Cat5 – CAT 6 & 6A, Fiber Optic and Coaxial Cable.
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Valid Driver’s License and car required.
