Job Responsibilities:
· Installation/problem solving and customer training for VoIP software and hardware
· Routine server maintenance and service requests such as moves, adds and changes to equipment and programming
· Troubleshoot and repair various VoIP hardware and software
· Track and record time through company ticketing system
Qualified candidates must possess:
· The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Working knowledge of MS Windows and Office software
· Working knowledge of local area networks and infrastructure
· Competent problem solving and technical ability
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· A minimum one year of telecommunication, network or equivalent experience
