Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing the completion of denial letter process for adverse determinations
• Requires notification to members and/or providers, using applicable benefit plan documents, and nationally recognized clinical guidelines and criteria
• Providing appeal and peer to peer information and collaborates with the Medical Director on finalized letter language

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure in good standing with state of residence
• 3+ years of Clinical experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $18.17 to $32.26. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
