We’re growing our Customer Service team at Radius!


Salary:
Available upon request / Negotiable depending on experience

Location: Shrewsbury (SY2 6FG)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)

Job Purpose…

We are seeking a Client Support Executive to support within our Telecoms solution. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customer base and resolving any issues and queries at the earliest opportunity.


Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Gathering information on customer issues and identifying & resolving common faults first time
  • Answering and dealing with customer telephone calls & emails
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Using a ticket system to log, diagnose and feedback issues
  • Reporting key operational metrics to the senior management team


What do we expect of you?

  • Telecoms knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail/administration skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
