Your daily tasks will involve liaising with customers, providing support and advice.

Being used to managing your own workload and working autonomously will stand you in good stead for enjoying this job.

You will ideally have experience in telecoms, including experience of broadband.

Speaking with lovely, happy customers to help them with their telephone system will be part of what you do. Having a cheerful and friendly outlook is a key aspect of this role.

Your day will involve helping on new projects, setting up customers on internal systems, troubleshooting customer issues and working with the company’s partners, who are all really friendly!

You’ll have the chance to be involved in first line support, running tests and identifying issues.

Remote support via online portals will also be something you’ll be trained in.

You’ll be confident providing initial training to clients and the role will involve a timely, friendly and efficient handover service upon final set-up.

The opportunity to offer additional services to clients, such as music-on-hold, mobile phones and further handsets is also available.
