The Role:
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Infinity, you will generate interest and schedule appointments for our client’s sales team. You will contact enterprise level businesses from provided leads regarding and their current internet provider and usage while speaking to the advantages of using the client’s industry leading fiberoptic internet service.
Responsibilities:
- The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving completed appointments through initiating telephone contact with a wide variety of sourced leads while identifying, qualifying and developing quality sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Responsibilities include outbound calling, identifying and assessing prospect needs, and determining key decision makers. Ideal candidates will thrive on the challenge of creative telephone negotiation and will enjoy the cold calling and prospecting cycle in a goal-oriented environment.
- Develop new business via telephone and email by educating potential clients on our offering
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Contacting potential new clients to determine their needs through a consultative lead generation approach including cold calling to secure appointments, navigating through different companies’ point of contact, and gathering information on customer needs.
Ideal Qualifications:
- A competitive drive to be THE BEST
- Previous experience in either enterprise level B2B or telecom sales or related field (6mo – 3yrs is typical)
- Excellent communication skills—both speaking and listening
- Ability to build rapport on the phone
- Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience working under sales quota (preferred)
