Do you LOVE using your telecoms engineering skills to help solve 3rd line support issues? This role is perfect for you!

Based in the office near Eastbourne with some days from home, your role will involve liaising with and visiting customers, providing support and advice, where necessary.

You’ll be part of a family-run company that is committed to providing an exceptional level of delivery.

Being used to managing your own workload and working autonomously, you’ll be given room to grow with the role.

If you have experience in telecoms first line support, this is a company that will enhance and develop your skills.

Your background is in telecoms, including experience of VoIP.

You’ll be confident in all aspects of customer service and enjoy solving technical problems!

Speaking with lovely, happy customers to help them with their telephone system will be part of your day. Having a cheerful and friendly outlook is a key aspect of this role.

You’ll have the chance to be involved in first line support, running tests and identifying issues.

o Network Technologies – LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN

o Hyper-V and VMware Management

o Microsoft Exchange

o Group Policy Management

o Connectivity Diagnostics

o Switch & Firewall Management

o Wireless Management

o Desktop Applications (Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent knowledge of Servers, NAS, Desktop Hardware
  • IT Certifications – CompTIA Network+, Sever+ or Microsoft.
You will be confident in providing initial training to clients and the role will involve a timely, friendly and efficient handover service upon final set-up.

Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm..

Based from home / remotely OR office based , although that won’t matter to you as you’ll be busy cramming your day with helping happy customers!
