Must Haves:

  • 2+ yrs of Cisco Networking Support Experience
  • CCNA/CCNP level knowledge of routing and switching
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches
  • Strong customer service skills

Pluses:

  • CCNA or CCNP Certification

Day-to-Day

  • Provide remote troubleshooting support to resolve Complex Data Incidents
  • Follow-through on all Incident tickets assigned to Tier 2 Bin and their resolution; move complex issues from Level 1 to Level 2 bin
  • Immediately engage Tier 2 on outages
  • Engage other teams for complex issue support
  • Coordinate field services as needed for onsite support
  • Follow the defined communication procedures for incident updates
  • Strictly adhere to defined processes for meaningful ticket updates and correct notes
  • Priority support for identified key customer employees and escalations
  • Daily Health Checks
  • System check of all Data network devices, backup status, overall health of the network
  • Drive proactive identification of issues prior to start of business

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Cisco Route/Switch: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Network support: 1 year (Preferred)
