Day to Day:
· Our client, a Telecommunications company focused on federal solutions, is looking to hire a Program Manager for a recently awarded program. This company specializes in providing network technology integration and cabling infrastructure solutions The Program Manager will oversee a nationwide implementation project. The position is expected to be a hybrid/ remote role. Responsibilities are listed below:
o Works closely with the COR or designated representative. The PM prioritizes,
o organizes, directs, and manages contract operation and contractor staff support functions. This will require regular scheduling of cabling work, involving multiple, and complex and inter-related project tasks.
o Manages team(s) of contract support personnel at multiple locations simultaneously.
o Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
o Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures strict conformance to/with program task schedules and costs.
o 8. Leads the effort to secure and protect all Government information and ensure all business is conducted in a manner -that is above reproach.
o Conduct on-site cabling installation progress reviews (Quality Inspections) as identified by COR or their designated representative
Must Have:
· 7 years of project or program management in support of a federal program
o Programs must be in network, telecom, or cabling/ infrastructure field
· Bachelor’s degree
· Currently Posses a Top Secret Clearance
Pluses:
· Prior experience supporting DOD or DOJ programs
· PMP certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
