We are Telecom Tower Services and we’ve been growing rapidly over the past couple years. Currently looking for a Tower Foreman to help us continue our dramatic growth. Over the next 5 years the wireless industry will experience its greatest growth in the past two decades. With our expertise, connections, and relationships in the industry, we will be capitalizing on that growth.

Telecom Tower Services is a Georgia based, family business, specializing in wireless telecommunication equipment upgrades and tower maintenance throughout the Southeastern US. We pride ourselves on ensuring that our projects are executed on time, safely and with unmatched quality in the industry. We generally work local to our office location (within 4-hour radius), five days a week and our employees are home for the weekend.

The primary responsibility of this position consists of leading a crew and managing all aspects of the construction, including planning out the work and assigning responsibilities to crew members, full understanding of the project, ensuring the build is according to the site plans and layouts, making sure all necessary equipment and tools are available, takes full responsibility for the safety of the crew, performs quality inspections and any necessary troubleshooting. Frequent local travel as well as driving company owned vehicles may be required.

Basic qualifications:

· 5+ years or more of related tower and construction experience

· Willingness to climb towers

· Excellent communication skills

· Good computer skills. Knowledge and use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)

· Valid Driver License, clean driving record and reliable transportation.

· Clean background check and drug screening

· Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

· Must be willing to relocate to within 45 minutes to Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

License/Certification:

  • Climbing/Rescuer Certification (Preferred)
  • Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
