Midwest CATV, Inc. is looking for hard-working, self-sufficient, and reliable individuals with experience in the wireless industry who enjoy working from heights to fill our Tower Foreman position. We have best in class managers and techs and are looking for a new foreman to lead a crew. We offer hire-on bonuses of up to $7,500 depending on qualification and skills plus competitive wages!

Some of your responsibilities and expectations for both positions are:
– Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properly
– Drive site start to closeout by directing tasks, managing workflow, and reporting daily tasks completion
– Assist your team with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
– Understand quality and installation requirements
– Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment
– Maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, public and management
– Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
– Attend safety meetings and follow company & safety policies
Additional responsibilities and expectations as a Foreman are:
– Manage your crew while motivating and leading by example
– The ability to understand the SOW, read plans & fill out safety forms properly
– Planning ahead ensure your crew has all the necessary material and supplies
– Gather and submit all required deliverables within required deadlines
– Ensure the safety of your crew & notify Management of any issues
– Communicate schedules and other necessary information to your crew clearly
Requirements:
– Must have experience with climbing & ability to properly use climbing gear and PPE
– Must be able to lift/carry 70lb
– Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extensive periods on feet
– Must be able to work at various heights on a regular basis
– Have basic math skills & speak/understand English
– Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods of time
– Pass a Criminal Background Check
– Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver’s License
– Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when necessary
– Must pass a pre-employment and random drug tests
– Ability to work out of the state of Minnesota when necessary’
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour
