Tower Technician

Job Description

· Perform installation & construction and maintenance of tower sites including site layout, installation, and maintenance & repair both on the ground and on the tower.

· Ensure all safety and quality requirements are being met including rigging, fastening, and hoisting.

· Use hand tools, power tools and industry test equipment.

· Able to complete documents associated with the scope of the job. Read architectural engineering drawings, read radio frequency, and data sheets according to site builds.

· Receive training on OSHA 10 and 30, First Aid, CPR, and RF awareness.

· Take closeout pictures and complete reports/documents for first time approval.

· Use basic computer skills including email track information on jobs.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Driver’s License

· Able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime

· Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

· Interest in learning wireless cell site installation and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour
