Andrew Tech, LLC is seeking a crew foreman responsible for ensuring the crew operates with the company and industry standards. You will be working in a team environment assisting with L&A projects.

Position overview:

• Inspecting work performed by telecom crews incl. Crew you are leading;

• Ensuring that work on the job site conforms to company and industry health and safety requirements;

• Following instructions and completing projects in accordance with method of procedure;

• Tracking and reporting the progress of work;

• Performing installation/swaps of cellular antennas, radios, hybrid cables, equipment cabinets and sector frames;

• Trenching and installing conduits;

• Working with DC and AC power;

• Taking pictures for a close out package;

• Must be able to climb and perform work at various heights;

• Must be in good physical condition;

• Must be willing to travel out of market/state. All positions require working outdoors;

• Must be willing to work non-standard working hours.

Additional requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a field position in the telecommunications industry;

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record;

• Able to pass a background check and drug test;

• Able and willing to travel;

• Concrete work experience is a plus.

• Bilingual applicants.

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
