SUMMARY:
The Tower Technician is responsible for supporting his crew during wireless cell site construction. Taking direction from the Tower Foreman, this individual will have the ability to build a site based on set of plans, Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) provided.
JOB DUTIES:
- Climb towers to access components, using safety equipment, such as full-body harnesses.
- Complete reports related to project status, progress, or other work details, using computer software.
- Perform maintenance or repair work on existing tower equipment, using hand or power tools.
- Lift equipment into position, using cranes and rigging tools or equipment, such as gin poles.
- Run appropriate power, ground, or coaxial cables
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
