An excellent position has become available for an ambitious Town Planner to join an established infrastructure consultancy as part of their Manchester based team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to quickly take the step up to Senior Planner and lead a variety of planning applications for predominantly telecommunications and advertisement developments.
To Be Considered For This Role You Will
Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) which is accredited by the RTPI
Have demonstrable town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
Be a Chartered Member of RTPI (or be working towards this)
Have a full UK driving licenseWithin the role you will be:
Undertaking site searches to identify possible locations for development
Carrying out pre-application discussions with LPA’s
Preparing and submitting planning applications
Attending and presenting to Planning Committees
Delivering general planning advice to clients
Preparing And Submitting AppealsBenefits
