Asset Inventories, Inc.
We are looking for an individual to work in our New York or London based Network Engineering team to oversee the installation, configuration, support and maintenance of the Firm’s multi-cluster Unified Communications and Collaboration Product Suite globally.
This individual will be the UC Subject-matter expert and will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting Cisco UCM, Call Recording, Chat & Messaging, and Meetings & Conferencing. Along with maintaining documentation on Standard Operating Procedure, Business Continuity Process and Disaster Recovery.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience
Technical skills:
· Experience in administration and support of:
o Cisco Unified Communications Manager (version 10.5 +)
o Cisco Unity Connection (version 10.5 +)
o IM & Presence (version 10.5 +)
o RTMT
· Understanding of core network and telecommunications protocols, communications, and standards (SIP, SCCP, H323, etc.)
· Experience with Session Border Controllers (CUBE) and SIP trunking, dial peers
· Nice to have:
o Experience in Zoom administration, Symphony, MS Teams, Akkadian, Telisca, RedBox
o Working knowledge of Cisco Expressways, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Emergency Responder, Trader voice
o Familiar with Cisco UC virtualization on enterprise grade servers
o Core L2/L3 technologies knowledge (BGP, PIM-SM, etc…) and Arista EOS experience
o Firewall fundamentals, ideally on Fortinet and/or Palo Alto Networks
o Some exposure to automation (Rest API, Ansible, Python, YAML, JSON, etc…)
o Basic project management (knowing what GANTT is), understanding task deadlines and ability to re-prioritize when needed. Experience with JIRA/Confluence is a plus.

· Must be a “team player”, we are a small global team.
· Must be able to work autonomously and show initiative.
· Communication is very important – able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
· Technically curious, aware of current trends willing to document and share new information with the teams.
· Motivation is a must have
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour
