Duration: 12 month contract.

**This will be 100% on site Monday-Friday and require the COVID 19 Vaccine**

The Unified Communications (UC) Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the telecommunications infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all systems and services, voicemail systems, and teleconferencing environments.

• Ideally, this person should have strong network experience/management experience. **OR ** be a strong Senior Architect/Engineer willing to jump into management.
• Ability to be a leader or prior leadership is important- 4 people report to the manager currently.
• Certifications and Education are important

Need to have/know:

• Support video infrastructure which includes a variety of Cisco endpoints, CMS, Crestron, Barco, amps, multiplexers, etc.
• Design, Implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise level Cisco UC products including:
• UCM
• Unity Connection
• IM&P
• UCCX (including scripting)
• CER
• Voice Gateways (CUBE)
• Singlewire Informacast
• Calabrio / AQM Call Recording
• MRA & Expressway, B2B Video
• Route/Switch configuration, firewall
