• URGENTLY HIRING: Volunteer Recruiter* We are urgently seeking a volunteer recruiter for clinical research studies! This representative will process all inbound and outbound call center telecommunications as required for the department.* If you have experience sitting in a call center or cubicle style environment conducting outbound calls, processing inbound calls, and screening given callers against eligibility criteria- Please apply! *
• Responsibilities*
• Select and schedule volunteers for screenings and baseline physicals per established quotas, and capture volunteer/patient data per study requirements over telephone calls.
• Explain procedures and study details to volunteers to gain interest, cooperation, and understanding and to alleviate apprehension
• Screen and interview study participants for various studies available by matching qualified candidates with studies that fit the participants and sponsors needs
• Process inbound and outbound Volunteer Recruitment Department call center calls, as needed, depending on business needs
• Ensure adequate volunteer packet supply to support those screening for trials
• May engage volunteers on study in recreational activity and coordinate study activities by conducting volunteer orientation, outreach programs.
• Qualifications and Skills* HS Diploma or GED Required

1 Year Min. Call center experience Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred Medical Terminology & Base knowledge strongly preferred

• Shift* Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Pay* $17.00/hr
