This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Applicants hired into this position can work from either Illinois or Wisconsin and will have a hybrid in-office and remote work location. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a Unified Communications Supervisor to:
- Lead a team that supports medical faculty, clinical staff, and administrative support staff in all areas of traditional Telecom (including phone service, automated call distribution, and voicemail), as well as areas of Unified Communications (including presence, instant messaging, softphones along with collaboration and video).
- Plan, organize, assign, schedule, and control work flow.
- Function as an expert resource in advanced systems analysis for staff and users to assist in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Education :
Minimum –Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)
Preferred – Bachelors or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience :
Minimum –
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring others in Unified Communications technologies
- Demonstrate success in coaching and mentoring Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams in a 24×7 origination
- Demonstrate success implementing and managing large, complex, enterprise-class solutions.
- Demonstrated success using effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead others directly or indirectly
- Demonstrated success being proactive and innovative
Preferred –
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
- Five (5) years of VoIP support experience
- Five (5) years of experience performing system administration and engineering
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred –CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL, Various Epic Certifications
