About The Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client’s business by crafting ‘best in class’ digital experiences that engage our customers and compel them to transact with us and have a seamless experience through a high priority digital transformation programme. With your experience, you shall be considered an expert in your field which will require you to be able to demonstrate a wide range of experiences using in-depth professional knowledge to provide solutions to issues in creative and effective ways.

Tell me more, tell me more… Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Digital/Creative Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The Must Haves

  • Experience operating as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Previous exposure in transformational digital environment.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and able to direct the application and development.
  • Ability to conduct user testing, remote and face-to-face.
  • Good knowledge of A/B and multi-variant testing.

Other Stuff We’re Potentially Looking For

  • Exposure within the telecommunications industry.
  • Understanding data from Google Analytics/UserZoom.
  • Excellent experience in illustrating a vision through flow diagrams of life-cycle states.
  • Solid and fluent proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision and Adobe CC
  • Personable, clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Degree in design related discipline.

  • This is a 26-week contract.
  • A day rate, in-side IR35, of £423.07 per day (PAYE) OR £550.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
  • This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art offices in Hammersmith, Reading or Manchester, once or twice a month.
