Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of the Security portfolio, IBM MaaS360 is a recognized leader in the Unified Endpoint Management space since 2012 and as the sudden shift to remote work in the past year has exacerbated security challenges the need for faster and more robust UEM adoption has increased. With mobile threat defense (MTD), artificial intelligence (AI) insights, out-of-the-box single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor and passwordless authentication, and conditional access, Mass360 provides the robust risk management posture organizations need without disrupting employee productivity.
IBM is seeking an up and coming sales all-star to fill a volume and velocity sales role in its leading SaaS solution: MaaS360. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have the ability to learn advanced technical concepts, and posses the will to delight business partners and clients alike. In this full cycle sales position you will be running virtual sales demonstrations for information technology teams up and down the east coast. When you are not engaging with business partners and clients, you will be building a pipeline of enterprise and commercial clients, progressing current opportunities, and learning technology proof points to help you succeed.

- Understanding your prospective clients’ buying cycles to accurately predict the potential and timings of deal closures – clearly communicating your forecasts with stakeholders at all levels.
- Supporting your squad of Business Development, Marketing and Technical colleagues (‘IBMers’) to identify and create up- /cross-sell opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Working with IBM Marketing and Sales leadership to activate targeted new business campaigns.
- Collaborating with your squad to design use-cases and proofs of concept in response to prospective clients’ requests for information (RFIs)
- Co-creating and presenting on high-level, value propositions for clients – successfully landing product features, functionality and solutions in a way that’s highly compelling.

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
