VP of Sales
Description –
VP of sales leads the department and manages sales operations The duties include developing sales strategies using sales team.
Ensure sales team are using CRM monitor activities of sales team holding sales team accountable
Extensive Travel to customers needs and sales goals objectives of each sales person and accounts they are responsible for.
Must know how to manage all aspects of sales operatives ensuring sales goals are met.
Collaborate with marketing and the sales team build strong working relationships with customers and sales teams.
VP OF SALES MUST BE LOCATED and Work out of the Westside of Cleveland Ohio and be willing to travel with sales team at a national level.

Analytical skills to evaluate data and use it to make decisions
Understand the market trends and adaptability to follow those trends
Problem Solving and customer service skills
STRONG organizational skills
EDUCATION
MIN 4 years in a leadership management role
Bachelor degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
