Voice Project Manager

On behalf of our customer, we are seeking 4 Remote VOIP Project Managers. In this role, you must have experience within a large telecommunications company for ordering circuits. You must understand how communication works with all stakeholders involved, ask questions to better understand how many circuits are required and what hardware will be needed so an engineer can then connect the circuit, router, or a LAN. It is essential to work for a company with many groups, communicate across business units and have excellent attention to detail, excellent use of Excel and be able to handle a lot of information at one time.

Other Job Details:

• Manage multiple projects (not full blown Microsoft PM, timelines, too large and fast-paced) for VOIP and WAN/LAN, VPN, and hosted Voice for installs, turn up sites, upgrades for the State of Georgia account for
• Stripped down to subset of PM roles: Log ServiceNow, Track PM, Status to Customer, Attend Status Meetings
• You must work with various systems to submit requests and orders, track orders
• Provide updates to departments: Sales, Leadership roles, Reporting to Directors or CIOs with status
• Engage technical and non-technical teams
• Not too deep into the weeds for technical
• VOIP, WAN/LAN (hardware perspective understanding), how the environment works, how communication happens across a network, IP switches and routers, firewalls
