Role Purpose:

As the VP of Product, Services & Marketing, you will take ownership of the entire wholesale product lifecycle, from commercial strategy through to specification, design, launch, and in-life enhancement. You will partner with sales, operations, engineering, and IT teams in achieving this, as well as creating deep relationships with product & services leaders within our key customers. You will lead commercial product and services innovation to create differentiation from competition, drive a step-change in customers’ awareness and consideration of AirTel Tower, and ultimately, enable AirTel Tower to achieve accelerated revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and lead the management of the entire portfolio, including setting product & services strategy and developing the multi-year product & services roadmap.
  • Build compelling product & services value propositions, pricing strategies, promotional sales campaigns, and proactive retention plans.
  • Build commercial business cases for complex network deployments and strategic partnerships.
  • Support & Refocus AirTel Tower marketing plan, revamping digital marketing capabilities for a B2B2B context and redesigning digital assets (e.g. website, customer portal).
  • Drive the Network and IT development portfolio related to wholesale product & services development.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, IT, and operations teams at every step.
  • Be a source of external product insight and market intelligence for AirTel Tower.
  • Drive a high-performing team, creating a market-driven culture of trust, innovation, inclusiveness, and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with 10 year experience
  • Technical network architecture and access management experience.
  • Knowledge of the following wholesale product segments: Wireless Telecommunication, Fiber broadband and Edge/Colocation.
  • Product & services management experience in a Telecoms environment.
  • Experience in project managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with commercial strategy, design, and execution.
  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements that impact product design and commercial policies.
  • Experience in developing product/services/commercial playbooks to facilitate value-accretive migration of legacy bases to future-proof products.
