The Solutions Management team is responsible for driving the solution design, evolution, and overall profitability of the portfolio of technology-enabled clinical and care management programs for core service lines for naviHealth to improve value created for naviHealth, patients, current customers, and go to market growth strategy. The VP, Solutions Management will be responsible for leading our scaled post-acute care product solutions and partner with the Home & Community Solutions and Business Development teams to ensure an integrated go to market customer, patient and provider experience as naviHealth solutions scale through solution maturity.

The VP, Solutions Management will specifically lead the management and innovation of the naviHealth solutions portfolio including post-acute care management, home health care management, and future solutions deployed to naviHealth customers. This includes:

  • Leading solution design & evolution; ensuring solution value is created through client adoption efforts and clinical and financial value is realized across operations and all customers
  • Maintaining competitive positioning, monitoring market dynamics and trends, and assessing opportunities to enhance value and growth of the naviHealth core solutions in the market
  • Collaborating closely with clinical and other functional senior leaders to identify solution enhancement opportunities and modifications needed to meet clinical and financial KPIs
  • Working closely with senior-level stakeholders to manage internal and customer requested solution customization, and when appropriate, co-develop pilots with our key customers
  • Manage a small team of direct reports and achieve financial targets for assigned solution portfolio

This individual will have a combination of skills including experience standing up and running a solutions or product function or product line; commercializing clinically oriented programs and partnering with payer and provider customers; understanding of strategic rationale and ensuring each initiative delivers financially, clinically, and strategically; and managing a team to execute on a mature capability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working from data analysis findings and set of hypotheses, develop, and execute on a piloting plan, defining key unknowns and milestones to ensure successful product evolution
  • Evaluating and executing on buy vs. build decisions, including partner evaluation, defining internal requirements, and partnering internally with the New Solutions or Digital Product Development team to build out new capabilities
  • Synthesizing the objectives and priorities for the ongoing evolution of the core solutions; creating a shared vision and leading internal and external partners across different silos, workstreams, departments, and stakeholders to deliver on that vision
  • Championing a unified cross functional operational team that achieves strategic, operational, and financial alignment goals, reconciling strategic priorities and resources to ensure efficient execution
  • Growing the Solutions Management team from early-phase to larger-scale function. Developing people, processes, and infrastructure to support a scaled and multi-solution and multi-customer operating model
  • Establishing a culture and environment of trust, accountability, innovation, inclusiveness, and integrity
  • Attracting, training, developing, managing, and retaining high performing staff
  • Travel as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare
  • 3+ years of experience in product or solutions leadership role
  • Experience leading initiatives within complex, high-growth organizations, including operational and strategic initiatives
  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and cultivating talent in a leadership role
  • Client-facing expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in leading projects with Health Plan or Healthcare Provider stakeholders
  • Experience in testing and prototyping
  • Experience communicating with, presenting to and influencing C-suite and client leadership

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $134,200 to $257,700. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $134,200 to $257,700.
