Warehouse Operator 2(Telecom Sector)

Description:

• Achieve an efficient and safe goods flow in, within, and out of a market warehouse facility, including value add services operation and fulfilling on-time deliveries with correct inventory accuracy and quality.
• If you are extremely detail oriented and have the ability to fulfil orders and prepare them for production and/or shipment, this is the position for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area, material loading and unloading tasks Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory operations Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items Properly scan and inventory incoming goods Unload, stock, move, and transfer materials to appropriately designated areas in various sections of warehouse as needed Perform detailed manual inventory counts Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work experience minimum of 6 years in warehouse support or operations Ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision Experience in managing a tool room environment with working level knowledge of technical needs for the installation and maintenance of Ericsson products.
• Must be Forklift certified and qualified. Ability to interface with customers and other internal and external ancillary personnel as needed.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill’s Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast tempo and fluid work environment Strong ability to communicate and work with multiple personalities and professional skill levels effectively Ability to solve common problems effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
