Website/Lead Manager – Hybrid Working!

Our multi-award winning client is currently seeking an experienced Website Lead/Manager to join their innovative team as they continue to grow and push the boundaries within their industry.

As a detailed focussed problem solver you will take ownership of the company’s website and CRM/CMS platforms demonstrating your excellent understanding of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.

Key Skills and responsibilities:

• Driving website conversions, CTA’s and website traffic
• Tracking and reporting of website analytics to the leadership team
• Website content updates
  • Development of website style and navigation
  • Testing of all new releases
  • Improving website user experience
  • Understanding user behaviour and translating into an intuitive layout for a seamless web experience, resulting in higher conversion rates
  • Creation and editing of graphics and video content to optimise for web, all within brand guidelines
  • Application of new code releases and feature updates
  • Working closely with marketing and social media team

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Full time – Monday – Friday

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000
