Our client is looking for a level 1 hardware, imaging, and repair technician for the IT, NOC, and corporate offices.
This is a part time position. 24 hours a week. This is a weekend overnight shift
NOC Tech role :
o Provide 24/7 – 365 Level 1 support for the Network Operation Center.
o Serve as a liaison between Technology and the Business groups.
o Resolve desktop software issues, and escalate to L2 when appropriate.
o Maintain familiarity with operations center specific applications and hardware
o Replace malfunctioning equipment with hot-spare equipment. (Maintain inventory levels)
o Assist with the operation of Crestron based A/V systems.
o Image, configure, and install new equipment as required.
o Provide excellent Customer Service for Customers at all levels (Leadership and
Non-Leadership)
o Interface with Technology Teams for incident resolution; provide hands on the floor
during system-wide events.
