Responsibilities:
- Works under the general supervision of Manager, Strategic Sales Support
- Primary point of contact for sales & sales partners. Objective to enable sales to focus on new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales organization you support
- Remain current on the company business goals.
- Ability to manage new, upsell and renewal sales opportunities for primary Windstream products and services
- Assist Sales order entry and processing (Basic solutions).
- Verify sales orders for accuracy prior to releasing to downstream Provisioning.
- Validate and monitor order quality.
- Responsible for ensuring order revenue is accurately reflected for quota attainment and customer billing purposes.
- Perform Welcome Calls made to the client to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate and participate in Project Implementation Meeting with the Customer, equipment vendors, and Technical Design Specialist to gain order configuration detail.
- Channel advocate for timely resolution and escalation of Enterprise Repair Tickets (ERC)
- Coordinate with Engineering pre-sales to ensure successful installation (operability with CPE)
- Timely and accurate responses to all phone and email inquiries
- Promote, educate and train partners on Windstream Online Partner Portal
- Reporting as requested by Channel Sales to support new and existing partner customers
- Partner Data integrity – solicit and ensure all Windstream systems consistent with partner contact information and assignments
- Respond to MACD, CSR, Credit and billing inquiries as access and authorization allow. If unable to resolves, warm handoff and status from responsible department (disco team, SMB, Finance, etc.)

- Establish relationships with Core Business Units to assist with problem/process resolution
- Budgetary impacts: Monthly Sales Revenue & Retention
- Participate in Product Training and System Update Training.
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Professional Skills/Experience:
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Phone and professional interaction skills
- 2-4 years telecom sales and/or support experience
- Strong organizational and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong writing and verbal skills
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years’ experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
