IT Product and Business Enablement department is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to help coordinate intra and inter departmental efforts, lead project teams, oversee the planning, strategy, and execution of tasks to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Provide support to project team by managing project scheduling, tracking issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle

  • Use data to understand business patterns and trends

  • Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting

  • Responsible for coordinating timely project meetings, producing meetings notes, and following up on any necessary action items

  • Create and maintain project documents in various capacities

  • Regularly conduct internal and external project reviews to work to improve processes

  • Implement new integrations to refine automated workflows and improve project management tools


Requirements:

  • IT Project Management: 3-5 years

  • A solid understanding of IT systems, networking and computer software

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to motivate IT staff

  • Ability to manage your time, keep things from falling through the cracks and provide timely follow through while juggling multiple, simultaneous open projects

  • Adaptable and able to prioritize ever-evolving tasks

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and love of process

  • An infectious positive attitude

  • Experience in telecom is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred / Certification in Scrum and PMP preferred

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office preferred

  • Our Dev teams work in an AGILE environment using Scrum framework. Experience in that development methodology is a plus.

  • Experience with Database queries is a plus

  • Experience with programming languages is a plus
