Wireless Construction Project Manager (5G)

Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Southwest FL (Lee or Collier County)
Additional Information: Construction Project Manager for SW FL. Must understand construction and can manage GCs from the office or in the field. Will need to occasionally report into the Tampa or Orland office depending on meeting schedules.

• In office Construction Project Manager to oversee Field Construction Managers. Possible to go into the field at times but not expected.

• Attending design visits with RF and site acquisition Vendor(s);
• Determining antenna and equipment locations and confirming constructability;
• Determining utility routing at sites;
• Reviewing and redlining lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings;
• Coordinating with site acquisition teams and general contractors to obtain contractor information for permit applications;
• Ensuring permits are timely filed and closed out correctly;
• Coordinating with crane companies to secure any necessary permits and scheduling construction and crane operations at the site;
• Ensuring that fiber and power deliveries are synchronized with construction activities;
• Ensuring proper materials are ordered for construction at the site;
• Developing strategy for award of construction vendors that contemplates cost, crew availability, quality of work product, and any other necessary factors;
• Interfacing with the site and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of sites;
• Performing any such other ancillary activities as directed by Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $43.00 – $45.00 per hour
