Overview
Do you enjoy connecting with people and have experience in customer service? If you answered yes, then we have a great opportunity for you with the Nordia Montreal team.
As a Teleconference Specialist, you will be responsible to educate clients on the different conference products offered and efficiently reserve conference calls.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary; $16.25/hour (including a premium of $2.00 on worked hours)
- Bilingual premium of $1/hour
- Performance-based incentive;
- Hours of Operation: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

- This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
- Eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must reside near the Nordia Montreal centre to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary.
- Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
- Must have a space that is secure and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities
- You will be required to communicate in a professional manner either via telephone or email in English or French.
- In some cases, you will need to evaluate situations to solve client issues; some may require you to escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Technical troubleshooting skills will be required to resolve some end user issues on our client’s web conferencing platform.
Qualifications
- You are perfectly bilingual and you stand out for your excellent diction
- You like to speak in a group – you’re confident and dynamic
- You’re a customer service pro: tactful, professional and responsive
- You are available mostly during weekdays, but you have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends according to customer needs
Training start date: October 17th
