Work from home – Sales representative, inbound calls, English

Overview:

Do you have excellent sales skills and the ability to multi-task? If you are interested in cell phone technology and want to talk about it, we are currently looking for people like you for career opportunities in home-based sales!
As a Sales Representative, you will be answering questions and promoting various cell phone products and services from Canada’s largest telecommunications company. This is the ideal position for anyone who is comfortable in a sales environment and is motivated by achieving results!

What we offer:
  • Hourly compensation of $20/hr, including a guaranteed bonus – Depending on your performance, you can earn more through our performance-based incentive plans!

    • After seven months, you will have a base salary of $16.44/hour plus significant monthly bonuses based on your performance (the average total compensation for our agents six months after training is $22.50);
  • Fully paid training and mentoring program;
  • Full benefits package after 6 months of service including:

    • drug insurance, dental plan and life insurance;
    • Exceptional discounts on various telecommunication products and services.
  • Available to work the following hours (5 days a week up to 40 hours a week);

    • Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to midnight EST;
    • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am to midnight EST;
  • This position offers the opportunity to work from home, but you may also work on-site, depending on your preference.

    • Eligibility Criteria:

      • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS of high speed internet ;
      • Have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
      • Candidates must reside near the Nordia hiring center to be able to pick up their equipment prior to training or to travel to the training center if necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls to propose telecommunication solutions;
  • Respond to customer requests related to various cell phone products and services;
  • Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales and multi-tasking skills – You have sales in your blood and are able to perform various tasks at the same time;
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment;
  • Experience in customer service is an important asset!
  • Ability to work from home (an asset). You will be able to discuss this in more detail with our recruiting team.
