We are currently looking for passionate and driven individuals who enjoy working with technology to join the Nordia team as bilingual telecommunications specialists (English-Cantonese/Mandarin). - Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 6:30AM – 12AM (Eastern Time), Saturday 7:30AM-12AM and Sunday 7:30AM – 10PM (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in Cantonese and/or Mandarin and English regarding their telecommunications products and services (Internet, phone, mobility, television) in order to find the best solution adapted to their needs;
- Diagnose and execute technical troubleshooting for phone, internet, mobility and television products;
- Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client;
- Offer an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm and courteous service.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin and 100% fluent in English – We’re looking for individuals who will assist customers in Cantonese and/or Mandarin; as well as to be able to take & fully support English calls
- High school diploma or equivalent completed;
- Highly comfortable with new technologies, different web browsers and have a strong technical understanding of various operating systems such as Windows and Mac;
- Proficiency in a sales environment – We are looking for people who are motivated to achieve results!
- Ability to work in a computerized and fast-paced environment;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
- Friendly and helpful nature – You enjoy interacting with people and helping them find the best solution to their problems;
- Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work from home, an asset – You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.
