About this Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Working Student to provide administrative and organizational support to the Key Account Team for our customer Deutsche Telekom in Bonn. In this role you in some cases take decisions on of your manager and represent the unit if delegated. Further, contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects, act as expert for the administrative support systems including Salesforce, help organizing marketing and communication activities and events as well as support the account team in their daily work. All this in order to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction towards Deutsche Telekom.

The role is a perfect opportunity to get insights into a technology company like Ericsson that is shaping the telecommunication industry and to learn about Account Based Marketing and Sales.

What you will do:

• Manage information and support in creating information

• Support with use of Ericsson Sales, MarCom & administrative tools

• Plan and organize internal and external e.g. events, meetings, workshops, trainings

• Support the Account Team

• Network and communicate with internal colleagues and external customers

• Learn about Account Based Marketing and Sales

What you will bring:

• Education: Ongoing studies preferably in a technical domain, Business Administration or Marketing.

• MS Office (excel, power point, word), Outlook, Pdf file converter, Salesforce and conference equipment

• Good communication skills and an open mind
