Job Description

Shape, Sell, and Deliver XR Experiences

Work on interesting, challenging projects that have high visibility and impact

Create Project Plans, define work management structures, track status/metrics

Manage day-to-day project activities and identify / raise issues and risks

Manage and synchronise dependencies and input between content and development teams

Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations, and relay those to the development team accordingly

Perfectly balance pragmatism and idealism when solving technical challenges and meeting deadlines

Identify and escalate potential issues before they become issues

Help create and manage the sales pipeline of opportunities

Help create and execute internal campaigns to originate opportunities at our clients

Maintain ecosystem alliances that generate combined value for our clients

Attend, participate in, and host the various technical training activities held in the practice

Full or Part Time possible.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ professional Project Manager or Producer experience in games industry, AR/VR companies, digital or creative agencies, CGI production, or interactive spaces design

Mixture of Agile delivery methods

Consulting experience

Ability to work with and manage teams from different countries and geographies (remotely)

Client Relationship Management

Basic Qualifications

Sales Operations

3D art pipeline or 3D development workflows

AR/VR passion or experience

Preferred Skills:

Project Management/Delivery Experience in AR/VR initiatives

Knowledge of one or two industries: professional training, retail, telecoms, resources, entertainment, music, etc

Network of industry relationships to leverage and draw upon
